Product Features

The bowl and fork, being in contact with food, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The rectangular bar in the middle of the fork and the cylinderic bar in the middle of the bowl provides rapid and more homogeneous mixing of dough.
Specially designed body: motor and drive system is completely inside the electrostatic powder paint body, and easiness in cleaning.
Cast iron reductor provides longevity and economic cost maintenance.
Plastic feet that reduce vibration.
Standard model 1.5 kW 1500 rpm motor. Fork rotational speed 44 rpm.
On demand two speed motor option 1.3-1.8 Kw 1500-3000 rpm. Fork rotational speed 44-89 rpm. Control panel with timer. (Model ES-HYM 750D & ES-HYM 850D)

Bowl dimension Ø750 mm h:350 mm. Approximate bowl working volume 124 liter.
On demand safety top, security sensor, 30 minutes timer and control panel with buttons. (Model ES-HYM 750K)

Soft Dough: 45 Kg. Flour + 30 Lt Water = 75 kg Dough
Hard Dough: 25 Kg. Flour + 10 Lt Water = 35 kg Dough
