Bowl dimension Ø430 mm h:255 mm. Approximate bowl working volume 30 litre.
The bowl and fork, being in contact with food, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Specially designed body: motor and drive system is completely inside the electrostatic powder paint body, and easiness in cleaning.
Cast iron reductor provides longevity and economic cost maintenance.
Plastic feet that reduce vibration.
Standard model 0.75 kW 1500 rpm motor. Fork rotational speed 44 rpm.
On demand two speed motor option 1.0-1.3 Kw 1500-3000 rpm. Fork rotational speed 43-87 rpm. Control panel with timer. (Model ES-HYM 430D)
On demand safety top, security sensor, 30 minutes timer and control panel with buttons. (Model ES-HYM 430K)
