Bowl dimension Ø360 mm h:215 mm. Approximate bowlworking volume 17 litre.
The bowl and fork, being in contact with food, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Motor and drive system is completely inside the body.
It is long lasting and economic due to cast iron reductor.
Cast iron reductor provides longevity and economic cost maintenance.
Easy to clean body.
Plastic feet that reduce vibration.
0.37 kW 1500 rpm. Higher torque due to 80 size motor. Fork rotational speed 52 rpm.
On demand a safety top, security sensor, 30 minutes timer and control panel with buttons can be purchased. (Model ES-HYM 360K)
